COVID-19 Changes at Orchard Hills

In an effort to protect our clients, patients and staff during this time, we have implemented several temporary protocols for our staff and clients. Please read these protocols to learn how you and your pet are affected, and how we can support each other during this time.
At this time, we will continue to see all routine exam and surgical and dental appointments. Please understand that this may change for the safety of our clients and staff.

Whenever possible, exams will be conducted while you wait in your vehicle. Please call us at 360-835-2184 when you arrive.

For any visit requiring you to enter the hospital with your pet, we ask that you allow our curbside greeter to escort you to your pet’s exam room. Please call 360-835-2184 when you arrive and do not enter the lobby unescorted.

Please consider purchasing your pet’s medications, preventatives and prescription diets from our online pharmacy during this time.

While we look forward to continuing to care for your furry, feathered and scaled family members, if you are exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness, please stay home and avoid contact with other people. You will recover faster and help prevent others from becoming sick as well. Additionally, if your pet needs medical attention, and if you’ve recently been in contact with someone that is sick, please arrange for someone else to bring your pet in. If you’re not sure what to do, please call us and we will help to determine the safest way to care for your beloved pet. We thank you for your cooperation and for your efforts in keeping our hospital and our community safe and healthy.

We are actively monitoring developments related to animals and the virus, and you can find the latest updated information about COVID-19 as it relates to pets on the AVMA’s coronavirus page. You are also welcome to give us a call with your questions.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility and understanding as we all navigate this uncharted territory together.
